Elizabeth
Ward, Assistant Director for Policy and Legislation
– Liz Ward oversees policy development and legislative affairs for ACAP.
Previously, Liz worked as a senior policy analyst at the Office of
Management and Budget, where she focused on health care financing. In
addition, Liz has worked as a health care consultant, most recently for
the Boston Consulting Group, and in finance for General Electric. She
has an MPA from the John F. Kennedy School of Government and an MBA from
Harvard Business School.
