Peggy Oehlmann -- Peggy Oehlmann is a Quality Management Consultant to ACAP. In this role, she works with health plan staff to identify and promote best practices among ACAP health plans. She also facilitates ACAP’s staff roundtables to enhance communication among peers within ACAP member plans. Her previous experience includes philanthropy, managed care financing, and health policy. Prior to working with ACAP, she was a Senior Program Officer at the Center for Health Care Strategies where she ran their Best Clinical and Administrative Practices (BCAP) initiative for Medicaid health plans. She also worked as the Policy Manager for Fallon Community Health Plan, and as a Financial Analyst for Partners HealthCare, Inc. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tulane University and a Master of Science in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard School of Public Health.
