Margaret A. Murray, Executive Director -- Meg Murray is the Executive Director of the Association of Health Center Affiliated Health Plans. Her previous experience with healthcare finance includes serving as the Medicaid Director for the New Jersey Department of Human Services, as the Senior Program Examiner for the Office of Management and Budget, as the Senior Associate at the Alpha Center, and as the Health Care Researcher at The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. She has also held finance positions including Tax Legislative Analyst for Senator Bill Bradley, Revenue Director and Revenue Analyst for the Massachusetts House of Representatives Ways and Means Committee, and Financial Research Assistant for Cambridge Associates. She received her MPA from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs and a BA from Wellesley College in Massachusetts.
