Call Center staff members are trained to take as much time as necessary to understand the needs of each member in order to arrange the right transportation service for them. CTS Transportation Networks throughout the country serve urban, suburban and rural communities and are comprised of public transit, not-for-profit and traditional for-profit one-on-one transportation (for example: taxi, wheelchair van, non-emergency ambulance). Provider Relations staff performs credentialing, certification review and licensure verification of all contracted Transportation Providers on an ongoing basis to make certain all federal, state and local requirements are in order.
